Result & Analysis

  • Each component is very important. The result for each circuit will affect for whole project. therefore, the test must be conduct recently to get the ideal result. For example USB module circuit is the main circuit and if not function correctly, it may affect to interfacing between input and output. 
    • USB Power Supply:
  
 
  • To start up your PIC16F877A, there are 7 pins you should connect correctly. Likes others electronic component, the supply pin is the most important. The ideal voltage for PIC16F877A is 5V (Direct Current). It should not be higher then 5.5V because it going to blow up. It also should not be less then 2V because it not going to be operate. 
 
    • LCD Circuit:
  • LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is used to display a character or to display text. The LCD is a type of LCD used M1632. M1632 is a 16x2 LCD module to display consumes lines with low power. The module is equipped with the HD44780 microcontroller designed specifically for controlling the LCD. By using basic code from sample that obtain from usual lesson in institute, the smart card are choose to make a test. The character should be display on the LCD. Figure below show the result.

As from above schematic, PIC18F877A are connected with several switch and other components to make it work such as capacitor abd crystal. This is basic shematic for USB connection. Power supply 5v can be obtain from USB cable itself.

    • RFID Reader:
Conduct the RFID reader and MAX 232 is very simply. It is just to give the input 1 and the RFID reader will goes ON. Below the ciruit for hardware.
